The movie is a train wreck. Plagued by worse than their first date jitters, if that’s even possible.
Kurt’s tendency towards klutz attacks seems to have increased and he both trips into the candy display and away from the register when they’re picking up popcorn and a drink to share. Their soda is saved only by an industrial strength lid and Kurt’s ability not to clench down on the cup as he flails. He’s also hyper-aware every time he brushes against Blaine’s shoulder or bumps into his side as they wait in line. Each spark of touch ignites a flurry of anxiety that makes him feel almost feverish.
He knows it’s because they’re both conscious of the fact that those simple touches will soon be full palms on naked skin.
